I’m AJ, founder of Scope11.
Before recruiting, I spent my career leading people, managing operations, and owning outcomes. First in the U.S. Air Force and later in manufacturing and industrial environments. I’ve led large teams, managed complex systems, overseen capital projects, and lived with the consequences of both good and bad hiring decisions.
